After building a successful financial advisory practice in Vancouver and becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, Jock was approached by senior management in 2004 to take on the additional responsibility of leadership for the Cathedral branch.
Since 2004 Jock has overseen and driven Cathedral’s growth to become the top performing Raymond James branch in Canada in terms of revenue and assets under administration. Jock’s primary responsibility is to help facilitate and support the growth objectives of financial advisors at Cathedral while ensuring a high level of client service, trust and integrity.
Jock’s extensive advisory and leadership experience has provided him with valuable insight into the challenges and growth opportunities facing today’s financial advisors.

Luisa joined the Cathedral branch in 2011 and has 20 years of financial industry experience in various leadership roles. Responsible for the risk management of a growing team of 90+ financial advisors, portfolio managers, and support staff, Luisa also holds Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designations.
Luisa draws upon her in-depth experience and knowledge of the wealth management field to collaborate closely with financial advisors in developing best practice solutions to enhance and protect client relationships.
Luisa has a high regard for integrity, investor transparency and excellent client service.
Senior Branch Administrator
Jennifer has a lengthy history with Raymond James, joining in 2005. Jen has a breadth of knowledge around industry practices and standards with over 20 years of experience including roles in Human Resources and as a licensed Sales Assistant.
As part of the Cathedral Management team, Jen manages all licensed and non-licensed support and operational staff. She also helps financial advisors meet their growth objectives and assists with bringing in new advisory teams to the branch. Her professionalism, knowledge and pleasant nature are a few of her notable attributes.
Outside of the office, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and son enjoying a variety of outdoor activities in the North Shore Mountains including running, biking, hiking and skiing.
Assistant Branch Administrator
Jillian started her career in finance in 2014. Having worked on both the sales side and in the back office, she is dedicated to offering dependable and proficient day-to-day administration and management support.
Joining Raymond James as Assistant Branch Administrator in the summer of 2019, Jillian’s experience in the financial and investment industry, coupled with her background in marketing and a passion for personalized client experience, enable her to provide adept administrative assistance to the branch. Responsible for employee coaching, development and performance management to all support staff, Jillian is committed to offering exceptional service to our advisors and their teams.
